Avoid like the plague! I returned the car on time and the guy on the parking lot told me just to leave the car key on the box and that someone would come to get it and check that everything was fine. I decided against it just in case there was a problem with the key so instead I walked to their boot in the airport to return the key in person. Unknown to me today I received a bill for 56 euros for returning the car late (I gave the key back exactly 7mins before the stated time of return) On the bill it says the car was returned at 14:42, by which time I was already back at home. They put the return time over an hour after I returned it and now want to charge me for it. Luckily there are cameras on the airport and I will be pursuing this matter further as it seems to be standard practice from them to do this.
DO NOT even consider renting a car here. Extremely bad service. I returned the car at 6am when the office was closed, without any damage and with a full tank. The same day they charged me 60 euros for gas and 119 euros for damaging the vehicle. They don't reply to e-mails or Contact us forms at all.
Be careful with them, unfair charge of damage.
Excellent service and I was given a choice of cars at Gerona airport.
Really bad service still waiting for my £700 deposit that they keep saying they sent liars also over charge you for everything never again would I use these
