Awful, waiting at reception to check in, dirty rooms all outside tables filthy. On a spa package which we didn't get to have. Air conditioning not up to standard, hair all around bathroom and bedroom and glass on landing. Breakfast very poor too. huge quiet check out so left. would not recommend.

Disappointed. Definitely not deserving a 4 star hotel title. We booked a room for 3 persons. Our room was a double with a third bed squeezed in, so there was no floor space left to put our bags on. The cupboard shelves were 10 cm deep and unsuitable to put any clothes on. Everything costs extra, no feeling of service or luxury one would expect at a 4 star hotel. Extra cost for use of the safe in the room, the indoor swimming pool, the games, and drinks in the dinner buffet. The food was very basic. The room was not very clean. Very loud music kept us awake late every night.

Disappointed on arrival got dropped on main road ! No shuttle as to late so had to get taxi up the steep hill ! Rooms ok beds comfy food good abit salty! Staff r brilliant ! Stuipid coin and band system for all inclusive!

Where at Sun Palace for 2 weeks with our six year old daughter. We had an amazing time, food was nice, staff was nice, rooms clean and swimming pool fine if you just like to have some relaxing moments and you don't need Slides. Serverino was our number one. He knows how it works. Talks with customers, high fives our daughter, etc etc! We loved him, great guy! Same for Alex 1 and 2 ( Bar ) and Jose ( restaurant ) and a lot of others! Yolanda ( Reception ) should be more positive. Certainly when we left at 6 o clock at night. No thank you for staying or what so ever. Yolanda if you read this. Just smile to your guests! Hotel Sun Palace whe will see you later!

An absolute lovely week stay. A credit to all the staff who were all very polite and friendly. Great live entertainment most nights and the food is 1st class. A very well run and maintained establishment I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
