We went to use the spa today. It was truly a wonderful experience. The facilities were clean and they had everything we needed but most importantly, I don't think that I have ever received such wonderful customer care as I did today. Nothing was a problem for them, we were greated with a smile and it was simply a pleasure. I will go again.
Reasonably nice spa, helpful and friendly staff. Let down by the pool leaking onto their chemical store below-potential disaster from poison
Disappointing enough, 10 min waiting for someone to leave, until you see the Carmelite that they are not there, to call reception. You have to go back to the hotel reception, despite having an appointment.
Pretty careless, looking for the people who work there is an odyssey because they have a poor girl running from here to there ... wonderful massage.
The spa in very poor maintenance conditions. Lovely staff, part of facilities in fair condition, but locker room area in unsanitary condition. Hygiene 0. It should close, and the desire to go to that spa is removed
The spa needs maintenance, cleaning and repair of broken things, the photos on the web show the spa in great condition, the reality is different .... It leaves a lot to be desired, I hope they improve it because it has potential
