I don’t know what makes this place a 4 star. We’ve stopped in many 4 star hotels in the past, and this doesn’t match anything like them. I would and as above given it a 3. The rooms are no way near a 4 * grade The toilets in the bar area was really bad, and I’m told the ladies wasn’t any better. I approached the staff at the time, but nothing was done. I would like to add. We did have a great time there, and made some new friends. And yes. We would stop there again. ( if we couldn’t get anything closer to the beach ). But yes. We did enjoy ourselves there.

Staff excellent. Food good. Spa amazing. Certainly doing everything correct, temperature check in restaurant, spa. Second time we've stayed here. Definitely will return

It's listed as a 4 star hotel but possibly more like a 3 star for the food. Rooms are clean though and the staff are lovely and really helpful and hardworking! I would recommend this place for families though because they're exceptionally good with children from what I've seen this Halloween !

Very clean, welcoming, great rooms and very clear on covid 19 and hygiene rules. Works very well.

Nice holiday hotel. Meals were assisted buffet so a little slower than normal, but staff fantastic and a good variety of food options, except a little lacking for children (always chips and pasta but no burgers, hot dogs, fish fingers or nuggets). Entertainment was primarily child orientated. Hotel has a pool and a childrens pool but depending on time of year may be in the shade in the afternoon. Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach.
