I highly recommend Rachel to anyone who suffers from lymphedema and needs lymphatic drainage. As a result of being treated for breast cancer some 12 yeas ago, I suffer badly from lymphedema and I have a very swollen arm caused by the lymphatic fluid is my arm being trapped. I was immediately impressed by Rachel and her depth of knowledge about lymphedema. She is the first person I have found who totally understands my health problem, how it was caused and how it can be treated. She also explained to me how my neck and shoulder had also been affected by this condition.
I cannot speak of Rachel more highly and the techniques she applies. The massages she has given to my neck have given me tremendous relief and I have already started to see a reduction in the size of my arm from the manual drainage treatment she has applied to it.
Rachel, for me, was an incredible find. She is extremely knowledgeable. Not only is she highly qualified but has many practical years of experience. This combined with her caring and gentle personality give me confidence that I have finally found the right person to help me.
