Have been a client for over 11 years, they are tops for pools, always helpful and knowledgeable about any situation we may find ourselves in, we surly recommend them.

We are having the most terrible service from this company. We ordered a new cover for our spa at a cost of over 1000 euros. The cover was terrible quality and started collapsing from the time it was delivered in February. The internal core is only wrapped in one flimsy layer of plastic that is full of holes so the polystyrene core is now heavy and wet. Our complaints appear to be treated with disdain and emails are not returned or ignored. It is now October and no resolution has been offered. This is appalling service and we think that this company have no interest in resolving our problems. They have supplied defective goods and we are now considering employing a Solicitor to sort this out. The main contact in the company continues to ignore our request to either supply another cover of good quality or refund our money in order to get another cover made of satisfactory quality.
They state they have excellent customer service but our experience is completely opposite. Zero service and completely unprofessional.
