Beautiful little place with good gastronomy. Unfortunately, the magnificent reservoir, which is the flagship of Orxeta, cannot be used, as a gentleman wrongly behaves there, like the village sheriff. this gentleman has the exclusive right to issue fishing licenses. And instead of driving away sunbathing people, he should rather take care of the numerous garbage dumps that "his" anglers leave there and clear them up. After all, he'll get you pretty well for it. This lake is an absolute rubbish dump and the Ajuntamiento doesn't feel responsible for it. Absolutely arrogant and ignorant. Especially in times of the pandemic, the place should pay attention to cleanliness, especially since it is the region's drinking water reservoir.

I have to agree with the previous speaker, this gentleman messed up my whole vacation in Bella Orxeta, I no longer dared to go to the lake, in the future I will vacation in Villajoyosa, The lake shore is dirty by the English anglers anyway and I don't need such a village rambo either
