Having a Spanish girlfriend, here in Spain, who is currently embroiled in bureauracy with this Office, I would say the service and efficiency shown by the staff is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING, bordering on Third World. Should anyone request further information I would be happy to furnish same. I am reluctant to rate 1 star but don't appear to have the option.!!

The town hall itself, but ... they have staff that leaves much to be desired for customer service with their forms, gestures and attitudes.
