Everything went well.
I had a reservation at 8 in the morning and when I arrive they tell me that they don't have a van, that they can't find the keys. The worst of all is that they do not give me a solution, so in the end I had to make a living by booking a van with another company. They have made me lose time and money, since it is the move of a company. Before, when they were in Les Guixeres, everything was going well and fast. Today has been disastrous, not to mention that one of the employees laughed when he saw the situation that the boy from the office has encountered.
