I was very disappointed with a service I got in terminal 2 in Barcelona airport with a blond hair lady. She was so bad that we didn't get the car she lied loads of things. Me and my kids was badly stressed but thanks to my husband we went to terminal 1 and we got fantastic service and big choice of the cars. Never ever take car in terminal 2 especially with blond lady. So bad don't remember her name 😔

Dear travelers KINDLY stay away from these guys, they rented out a poorly maintained vehicle, banged up from almost every end, though I reported it before leaving the lot, one month after they decided to change my credit card for it. This is wild west people, be very careful!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL they get my business.

Reasonable price, good cars, but long wait and young lady at reception was a little with attitude, instead vw polo i got mb smart 🤪

Not exactly a trustworthy car rental service! Due to a delayed flight, we arrived in Barcelona two hours later than expected. When we went to Europcar to pick up our car (which we booked online in advance), we were told that the type of car we booked (Volkswagen Golf Category) was no longer available and that we could rent a bigger car instead. We then had to pay an additional fee of roughly 220 Euros - when I asked for a cheaper option, they simply told me that it's my fault if I don't show up on time. This kind of service is anything but customer-oriented! Moreover, it does not make any sense to pre-book a car online if the rental station is not able to provide a car of the same category. At least the cars were clean and fairly new. Nervertheless, I would choose a different rental car company for my next trip.

Shame I didn't check these reviews prior to our rental. Can relate to many of the disappointments listed in other reviews. Considering the ease of train & bus to all regional towns for 2± hours nth/sth of Barcelona. Excited to return to Barcelona and not rent a car at all for a more pleasant journey (and cheaper). Please research and be well prepared for delays and overly complicated service if you go for this car rental.
