Be aware and check carefully opening hours. They won´t care a dime If you are running late. No matter what the reason. And they never answer the phone. Service is not from 20th century.
The worst experience ever. Never again.
Firstly, it was hard to find, the sign Thrifty was hidden inside.
Secondly, the manager who was giving the contract out was very aggressive, made big pressure, almost yelling, that I didn't take the insurance, refused to show the conditions of the contract before I actually sign it. I regret thousand times that I decided to rent a car.
Employees will add insurance and other hidden fees without checking and without your permission. Check very carefully before signing anything!!
170 euros was charged without any explanation.
Not recommended.
Be careful with hidden charges before booking a car with them.
