!!Beware!! They are trained fraudsters. I showed them the crack, not in the list, before I take the car. They said, if not bigger than 5cm, no problem. They gain my trust. I did not take picture. They charged 400€, when I return back the car. I researched and they are doing it almost everybody.

SCAM artists, staff operate like a mob, a €250 prepaid rental could end up costing you €700 before you even get your keys plus fuel costs that you need a degree in terms and conditions laws to understand plus huge deposit, leaving a Goldcar rental desk with €1700 held on your card is not uncommon, and the amount you’ll receive back is totally unclear, AVOID, google reviews worldwide it’s the same, horror stories all over the internet, gangsters would have more morals, this company should be closed down

The worst possible service you can imagine with an arrogant, incompetent liar on the desk (old, bald Moroccan man). They took £1400 out of my credit account for 8 days rental and now they are dragging their heels to return my money, just appalling. DO NOT USE! Update: Now they've stolen an extra £100 from my deposit. I returned the car full of fuel, no scratches or any problem. Thieves, liars and generally unscrupulous company.

Do not use: frauds and thieves. It took me months to get my deposit back. Their call centre and web form do not work. Five months later they charged my credit card again. Downright fraudulent.
