We booked a car during new year holiday of 2020. When we arrived at airport from the USA, the manager refused to give us the car because we don’t have international driver license. All other car rental companies had no problem renting to people without international driver license as long as your license is in Roman alphabets. But most of them are out of cars because of holiday. We ended up paying more than twice amount of money renting a much smaller car from hertz. This enterprise franchise at Barcelona airport is a scam.
If I could give this company 100 stars out of 5, I would! Each representative was very friendly, shook my hand, and spoke great English (as well as indulged in my efforts to speak to them in Spanish). Thank you Enterprise Barcelona for having excellent customer representatives!
The girl, Maria, at the desk was just awful. She is working like she doesn't deserve to be there. I waited for an hour, with programation to be told that she can't do anything

Excellent experience! Very friendly, did not try to up sell or up charge, car was available and clean. Very friendly upon return. Asked how my experience was and did not try to add charges. Would use again.
