Finding them at the airport was a problem, the original contract stated a diesel car but on the spot recommended a caboose and opel convertible, which in itself was not bad. When I drove and refueled for 4 days I discovered that the car had a note stating that the diesel The contract also stated returning the car at 5.45am to arrive at the plane and asking their customer service representative to have their booth open 24 hours.No one could get anybody to return the car within half an hour.The contract still has 24/7 helplines got parked, keys to the documents in the glove box and to the plane itself.Further received communication via email and fortunately the car return was fixed. It was a memorable experience of the Spaniards' attitude, but no generalization should be made, but whoever reads it, I hope it helps and helps everyone else to be prepared for surprises. Otherwise Barcelona is OK😃😉

The attention in this place is bad, we rented a car in advance and when they arrived at the place they did not want to give us the car with the excuse of not having a credit card when in the clauses they can do it with debit, in the way they tried to put a load band because I imagine that on this date nobody rents them, I think they are irresponsible since we lost the trip because of these people, by the way the lady who attended us did not try to help us, having to call customer service so that half I felt obligated to something, I do not recommend them at all since they are a mockery
