Waste of money! Our flight got delayed but Thrifty assited me that, as I have put the flight number, mu reservation was safe. instead, I found their Office CLOSED! I Will ask immediately for a full refund.

AWEFUL. they left us with no car at 1 am at the Airport. Will never rent with Trifthy again. We made a reservation for a car - €170 for 3 days (all good). Our flight from Dublin was 2 hours late and when we were informed of this we tried to call them to let them know. The Call Center was closed. I chatted with them on Facebook and they were pretty fast in the answers. They ensured me that s I had put my flight number in the reservation for the car, the staff would have waited for me. In case something would have gone wrong, thought the chat they would have been able to assist anyway. Well, we land in Barcelona and run to the Trifhy office, but guess what? nobody was waiting for us and both offices at T1 and T2 were VERY CLOSED. At that point it was 1am and in the chat on Facebook they tell me "They'd get back to me ASAP". Now, it's 1AM and we don't have a car because you made false promises by telling me that it would have been fine. We cannot just wait at the airport for you to get back to me (they got back to me the following day in the morning...). We've had to pay €371 to hire a last minute car at night with another Car Rental company. After days I still don't have the confirmation of the refund and the extras for the disservice. #notimpressed

my experience with Thrifty Dollar Hertz was disastrous as they are scammers. After a one-day rental they charged me an extra € 60, after more than a month trying to contact them they replied that it was because of smoking in the vehicle, which did not happen at any time. To justify it, they sent me two images in which you can clearly see some remains of dried fruit and not ash, the problem is that it is impossible to contact them and they do not agree to talk to you, they are conscientious scammers !!
