The worst experience renting a car of my life. I chose them by price before the trip. When I arrive at the counter to check out the car, they tell me that for crossing the border with France, I have to take out MANDATORY international insurance, which is more expensive than the rental cost. Of not believing Of course they showed me the conditions and I was there. I wanted to talk to someone but there is no customer service, they put me on the phone but after 20 minutes listening to the music I got tired and hung up. I never choose them again. I would have hired another more prestigious company and it would have been cheaper. Clearly nobody reads the terms and conditions that are in a minimal and endless letter but it is bad milk. If the cost had been reasonable yet but the same or more expensive than the rent cannot come out. They are scammers. I will never rent anything with you again and I'm going to make sure that all the people I know know the company garbage they are.

A fraud We rented a car through the site. It seemed to be the best rate until we got to collect the car. Hidden expenses have appeared: insurance, 90 euros of fuel even if you take it and return it with a full tank. In the end 40 euros from the site + 130 euros per rental. SCAM OK ...
