Prices here are cheap but beware. I think over100 euros to vacuum and wipe the car in one place is too much. I have used Europcar services many times and it has never happened to me. it's a scam for me. BTW They gave me a car after collision and I couldn’t shut down properly front hatch. Of course I Could tell this when I pick up the car but I haven’t time cause I booked table in the restaurant and I was late. Beware of Europcar !!!!

How can a car hire company firm like them just take money from my credit card without my permission? Easily... I did not make any damages, but they charged me 900£!!! And when after i ignored that (because i didn't make damages) they just took the money from my credit card! How is this possible at all?

We picked up our rented car at 09:00AM mid week in Barcelona Train station office. Although it was busy hour. The service was good Professional Fast and welcoming. It took us 10 minutes to complete the paperwork process And get the keys to the car. We got the exact car model as was requested in our reservation. The car was in a very good condition. A week later we returned the car at Europcar Barcelona Airport T1 terminal. And we received a good and pro.service too. All in All We are recommending using Europecar.

Good things: Their service was friendly and incredibly efficient. Bad things: Always take out the full insurance. A crack in the windshield appeared very mysteriously two days before I had to return my vehicle. After my experience and reading other reviews I am inclined to recommend that you inspect your car everyday and keep photographic records.
