Sixt is inside the airport which is perfect - no bus, no transfer which waste time. When I got to Sixt BCN airport there was no queue. Very nice young lady called Bea attended: she called ahead and made sure a clean car was available and even offered me a free upgrade to a slightly larger model. At the car side the handover was quick and the car was spotless. Thank you!

Sixt has never disappoint me, the last time I got an upgrade to a amazing Jaguar, which is the car of my dreams. Rick at the office located at the airport is just one of the best customer agents I have come across, and will definitely book again with Sixt.

I booked a car by the telefon,the price was 117€, when I went to the desk in terminal 1 ,the worker told me I have to wait till 12 h.(I arrive at 9h.,and have printed the reservation for 9.30h.) because they have not this car at the moment ....I was upset ,but she told me that will resolve the problem and will find me a car ,but will cost more ....I have not choice and have to pay more....I never go again to take car from the top desk of terminal 1 in Barcelona....don't like when people cheating the clients....After other worker explain me they they are obligated when I have the reservation to geve me any car for the same price....I put 3 stars because was happy befor to rent from the same company but in Terminal 2....
