DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET CAR! They had the car returned, absolutely no damage whatso ever, though the car was given to me in an unclean state, i did not mind. They checked the car when i returned it and have now kept the 100+ euro deposit and have now, over a month after the car was rented, sent pictures of damage that was NOT caused by me and have charged for it. absolutely dispicable, the woman already checked the car with me upon returning it and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! DISGUSTING behaviour!

Good service, but waiting a week for the deposit to be returned seems too long to me, just as they withhold the money at the moment, they should expedite the return

Unfortunately the customer service of the commercial. Due to a problem on the web, several reservations were duplicated. It tells me that nothing happens, that it cancels them. After a while I get two charges for NoShowFee of € 65 each. In 902 they don't solve anything and it costs an arm and a leg. On another occasion, I return the car with a full tank, the bill arrives as I had not refueled it ... nor did they bother to check it. After calling he tells me that there has been an error ... but the charge there is still ... fatal. They are real unpresentables who treat the customer like bait.

Unfortunately I cannot value my experience as positive. Starting with the commercial of the AVIS Castellón (Noelia) store, which delays delivery until 9:30 when we have hired the car at 9:00. In addition, we changed our car from a diesel that we had contracted to one with gasoline. Later, when we delayed the departure, as expected, we were late for delivery in Madrid, after calling several times to a pay phone of 902 NADIE, neither in Madrid nor in Castellón did they take us the phone, which we cannot say that we will delay the return of the car. And so as not to arrive later, we have gone directly to return the vehicle to Atocha, without being able to go through each one to leave the suitcases and a dog that accompanied us.
