the girl at the reception gives you the car only if you want it. I rented a car through rentalcars.com and when I had to pick up the car in front of the reception with the name of Noela she refused to give me my car on the grounds that the driver's license is from another country, such a thing is impossible when you rent a car because it is an international car rental company! That day I missed the meeting for which the company I work for had sent me and I had problems at work because I did not arrive on time, I also rented in another place, it cost me € 700 just because the girl Noela does not know the conditions of the company you work for.

Because you can not put zero stars but ... the company's policy is different from that of the whole of Spain, I have been moving around Spain with rental cars for ten years, asking you for absurd documents, I do not know if because the girls do not have much idea or because the work does not motivate them, but boy, a shame. I do not recommend at all!

Very bad experience They do not allow you to remove the car if the card is of a different nationality than the passport. They do not give any solution, on the web we were never informed of this situation. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend it to anyone.

NEVER MORE BUDGET !!! CHEAP COME OUT CARO !!! THE WORST (NO) SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN CAR RENTAL. I booked online and when I went to pick up the car they did not give it to me because they said that the credit card issuing country (Germany) did not coincide with the country of issuance of my passport (Spain), although in my passport it did I know that I am currently a resident in Germany. The card is the same with which I made the reservation online, and had sufficient funds. That is, by an internal protocol (which on the other hand I do not understand, if the card is valid and the passport too), they left me without a car, regardless of my circumstances, or the need I had of the car, or the time lost in paperwork. The ladies at the counter just put on a sad face, but did nothing to offer me an adequate solution, beyond leaving me lying.
