We arrived to be told after paying the bill no kids entertainment no kids club only available was a spa pool (no noise no jumping no inflatables) not child friendly or family friendly, buffet (cold and re used food not 5 star) and a bed. The parks were closed fair enough but where is this all singing all dancing amazing entertainment? They cut staff to save money due to current situation and shut bar around pool not enough staff hence no children's entertainment. Very bad for family's with kids currently nothing to do fed up after one day. Left early asked for money back miss sold should say closed on website and tell people no kids entertainment currently!
We enjoyed a great short trip. 2 adults with 3 kids. Room size was perfect and well kitted out.
The breakfast was fantastic with so many different options and styles to suit all. There was an afternoon snack provided which was simple but good.
The staff were all happy to go over and beyond to assist us.
The included spa/pool access was the real icing on the cake. We would happily stay here if it was raining as the spa was great fun for hours. The kids park was great fun for them, there was even a room with staff to look after the kids for an hour so we could enjoy the spa downstairs together.
I would recommend this to anyone as a great place to suit many interests. The whole town is loaded with fun and entertainment.
