Good price to rent cars
A very bad service!
We have rented a van in the ikea of Alcorcón and we have been waiting for an hour for the pin that has not been sent to us yet, the phones that are exposed have special hours that do not take at this time and in 902 they do not answer ... to top it off I will have to come back tomorrow for my Ikea things ... by the way charge and send a confirmation message if they do ... PESIMOOOOOOOO
Grievous, I get to pick up the van with a driver and they tell me that to get it, the driver has to pay with a credit card, he told them that I am responsible and that I would pay and they tell me that it can not be and besides that they take me away from my account 40 euros per management ...
I paid a vehicle which I could not catch and I had to look for my life to get another one.
SCAMS !!!!!
