A star and because I can't give it 0. We rented a car online and we got a pretty good price counting that we are under 25. We paid and when we headed to the site to pick up the car, the man, quite edge and serious, told us that we had to wait to see if he was the car that we had chosen and that we had to pay more for being under 25, when on the page I didn't put any of that and that's why we had paid. We still paid what he told us because or if we didn't lose money. We will not return anymore. Not only for having to pay more, but because he told us annoying as if we had to know everything, when it was the fault of the page that did not explain the conditions well. Terrible service I do not recommend it.

A car is delivered, I arrive home and I realize that I have forgotten an object in it, I call to inform and they tell me that they will contact me as soon as possible ... Well, they are going 2 days without a phone call information and 3 calls claiming that call to the reservation center, since I look for the telephone on the Internet and only the telephone number of the exchange appears and not that of the branch itself. It seems to me a more than prudent time to have news about that claim. What's going on here??

They publish that they are cheap but they have very expensive prices in the car rental, that yes, they have a lot of vehicles and they are everywhere, fast service. For an emergency, the best.
