Wrong, I have to say that I tried to rent a van and my experience was not good. They tell you that it is a vehicle under reservation and that they answer you within a maximum period of 8 hours. Well, they answered me in that period and by deduction I interpreted that they did not have the vehicle, and I say I deduced because they sent me the mail in ENGLISH, and in spite of myself I did not speak English, so I took the cell phone to confirm this fact and he attends to me A person in a very poor Castilian told me that there was still no firm answer and also told me that they would send me another email in CASTELLANO, which did not happen. Please, respect, if I call from Madrid and express myself in Spanish, the correct thing is that the answer is in my language, not to mention that they could warn that it is very difficult for you to rent such vehicles.

They have a lot of car and cater well, but be prepared to be very poor month rent a car in Europcar. The signal is abusive and the way back, charging you extra costs before returning signal is illogical and hard on the wallet.

I do not recommend in any case to try to rent any car in this company, my experience was that I needed to rent a van and I did it online, the case was that they sent me an email telling me that the van I wanted was not available and that the payment previously made, I will not be charged for not having said vehicle. LIE I was charged for the reservation and I have been waiting for more than 15 days to get my money back, since I never took any vehicle in this company. I have called several times and nobody has solved the problem for me, much less have they given me back the money. I AM LIKE A SCAM TO COLLECT YOU BEFORE YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE AVAILABILITY OF A VEHICLE.

Important, customer service is in the hotel, on the sidewalk opposite the car park. You have to cross the street and enter the hotel. Pre-check schedule and availability.
