Terrible management, problems collecting the deposit, definitely unprofessional. I do not recommend them. With other companies in the sector, much better.
Although the attention of the commercial was correct, it is not the policy of the company. The tire blew out on the highway after driving 50 kilometers and they charged me for the replacement of the new wheel. it is not my responsibility to pay the wheel. It must be in bad condition. I am in complaints with them, and I certainly do not recommend this company.
Service more than recommended. We hired him from one day to another in a hurry and we had no problem, in fact we were advised to choose another car to save some money (detail that is appreciated) and when we returned it we had no problem. Serious and very friendly staff. No doubt in case you need another replacement car you would choose them.
I will not rent anything to you again or recommend you. I have not liked the treatment received by the person who gave me the vehicle or the administrative that answers the phone. I already tell you that I am not wrong about the company because the person who gave me the vehicle is called Inocencio and I have an extract from the photo of the invoice.
