Unbelievably unprofessional. They never pick up the phone. Store is closed and unmanned during business hours when they claim to be open. It's almost as if this were a money-laundering front. That's how bad.
Great guy working and very helpful
José a very friendly guy in the deal. In August I had to change cars but he solved it without any problem and with many facilities when communicating and looking for the best solution. Totally recommendable
They could improve but within the service they offer they do a good job.
More than an hour from the appointment (agreed by phone) to the delivery of the car. All manual processes, despite having made the reservation online and being a "preferred" client. Sorry service
