Very much lacking in service. Eternal waits for their switchboard to give assistance. If you need a tow truck or car....suggest you go elsewhere as your cover will mean nothing if they dont pick up the phone. If you are patient, in my case they did all possible to ensure a substitute vehicle was impossible to give me, for me ruining holidays with the family. clearly has a bunch of lawyers behind seeing exactly how they can give minimal service within the scope of the law...no substitute car until 24 hours after leaving mine. WHY NOT? Tricks to make life impossible for you. If the company has recieved so many negative comments, consider why. AN INSULT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want a professional company, look elsewhere. All they do here is ask for YOU to contact THEM, and later give no solution, only a weak apology. Companies should listen and improve. This is not such a company.

This is a terrible company, no common sense, no customer service, a habit of passing calls from one department to another so you have to explain the same thing at least 5 times to 5 different people each time you call. So hugely disappointing, surely this cannot be the standard for the vehicle leasing industry.

After 4 years paying religiously and delivering the car on its due date, they continue to charge you the receipts .... and they say it is "a system error" ... already ..

They do not fulfill the quality commitment, you give a friendly report and they do not bother to confirm with the opposing company. Calls must be to 901. Nothing recommended, the only thing they do well is pass the receipts.
