I booked a Mercedes Vito for € 30, and they didn't send me a booking confirmation but they charged me when they shouldn't. I put an incident on them and they reply that either I reserve it at another location or they don't have the vehicle but the charge is done. Yes, I consult now to reserve a vote, there is a budget of € 108, much more expensive than the one I got on your website, which is why I am afraid they do not "have" the vehicle. I am now going to the headquarters in Majadahonda to see if the money will be returned to me, if not I will file a complaint in consumption and in the civil guard.

Where to start ... Due to your problems with your dataphone, I did not accept the 2 cards for the deposit (both with sufficient funds and without payment limits) due to problems with YOUR dataphone, and far from giving us a solution, they have tried to get us another 80 € to fix it or they took away the € 200 from the car. They do not pick up the phone or offer solutions even when the fault is theirs, they expect you to pay for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Appalling. I would love to be able to give 0 stars but the minimum allowed is 1. I don't even know where to start ... all have been problems with Avis Majadahonda. The car was really DIRTY, the steering wheel sticky, everything covered in dust ... also, the brakes squealed when braking and the car had a lot of noise. Worst, I rented a van and the tailgate wouldn't open. I had to wait 2 hours for someone to show up at the office, of course, when it was time to return it they did not let me extend 2 more hours. Also, they never deign to answer the phone, which is normal since no one is ever there. It is a shame. Really, there are a thousand better options than this, even if it involves paying something more, I will not repeat even if they give me a free car. As if that were not enough, when they appeared after 2 hours, they were not able to fix the tailgate or change my vehicle, they limited themselves to giving me the following solution: either I opened it from the inside or I didn't open it. Pathetic. By the way, it seems that they live in the 20th century and do not have contactless payment, so they gave me a thousand problems and almost did not let me rent.
