Deducting money from my german bank account even though I have never been there, rented a car from them or anything else. Plain old fraud in Hertz's name.
Same as others: deducted money from my credit card but i've never been there or used a car rented from them. Fraud !!
Great staff and nice fleet
I was charged 150 euros from my car renting without ANY explanation why.
Bad information. They confirmed that we could deliver the vehicle whenever we wanted in Las Rozas. It is not true, the office has very limited hours. Also, I am having a lot of trouble getting in touch with them through the phone. I have made a bad payment. Many inconveniences. I would not hire again.
