I rented a van at the Leroy Merlin de las Rozas, the website works out of pain and they didn't answer me by phone. It takes longer to rent the van than to do the shipping. Impractical for fast things.
It is a shame. You rent the van before, when you go for it they have to send you a code that cannot be processed and they cancel your reservation. Be here, the rozas send you to the airport decks as the only option. It is a move with time, with the expenses that entails and the inconvenience. We'll see what they say when they file a claim
THERE IS NO HERTZ OFFICE !!! AND LESS 24/7 IS ONLY ADVERTISING.
Here you can only rent vans in the Leroy to carry purchases !!!!
