In the midst of the economic crisis due to covid -19, the city council allows itself the luxury of treating the people we call worse than trash in order to simply inform us of the necessary measures in the town to be able to go with responsibility, knowledge of the facts and security. All the inhabitants of this place, especially those of you who have businesses related to tourism, should know that the town hall staff cares very little that the people, who are contributing to these businesses, are going to spend there. I am going to make a formal claim in the electronic headquarters of the city council and of course we will choose another destination to go to spend a few days on vacation ... the money for accommodation, meals, dinner, breakfasts, bike rental and other expenses will be invested in another place in the community. Regrettable

The lack of personnel for customer service, leads to delays in appointments up to more than 45 min. Regarding the treatment, despite being respectful and kind, attention is diminished since they have to do other tasks at the same time, eg answering phone calls ...

I had to request a digital certificate and both the simplicity in making the appointment online and the care they gave me today have been quick and effective.

Year after year they improve their attention to the residents of Las Villas. Ironically I say it, since this summer they have never corrected any problem that we suffer: bicycles minute after minute along the Paseo, lack of cleanliness, badly parked vehicles that prevent access to our homes, no control of masks, and a long etcetera. If Las Villas cease to belong to the Benicassim city council, what would happen? That the people would enter an economic and image spin. It seems that this is the wish of the Mayor's Office since the discontent of the owners is a cry. Now, La belle epoque has almost arrived and, as expected by those of us who know their actions, they start mowing plants on the beach, repainting nearby Villa Elisa benches, someone from the Environment, the odd motorcycle or police car preventing circulation bikes, etc. Thus, the people of the town will go to Las Villas to comment, with jealousy, how well the Mayor's Office leaves everything to us. We will have a few days of brass band and tambourine. Then the dirt remains will be blown away by the wind? What can we expect from a City Council that the other afternoon an elderly man collapsed. He bled, the ICU took him away, and the blood was covered with sand from the beach. Of that, we have been three afternoons already. I feel ashamed of others. And I consider myself one of the people who most love Benicassim; hence my pain.
