Hello, this morning we have tried to contact my parents, my sisters and I (neighbors of that municipality: Maria Angeles and Jose Luis) and we have not been able to, a fact that has caused us enough alarm. I have called Yuncler City Council and no one has picked up the phone, I have called the health center and no one has picked up the phone, I have called the city guard and no one has picked up the phone. In the end I called the Villaluenga Civil Guard and finally I was able to speak to someone who has sent a patrol to my parents' house and contacted them. I do not know what the urban guard is for, nor the rest of the institutions, if it seems to be, that do not do what the rest of the workers in Spain is to work from home and at least answer the phone.
