WARNING , don`t use ClickRent !! When I was collecting the car, I informed the local agent that the fuel tank wasn`t full. The agent asked me to fill up the tank on my exit, that the company would pay me back. I provided the receipt to the agent. Now, some weeks later, I`m spending money and time chasing ClickRent to pay me back the amount. Customer care is refusing to pay me the amount .

Car was as reserved a quite new skoda for 102 euro for 7 days which was by far the best price. From the airport you have to take a taxi but that's only 12 Euro. Backwards they even drove us for free to the airport. So excellent price/value

ATTENTION! Never ever rent a car with them. In Valencia office. My original price was 89 euros and finally I spent more then 400 for a Skoda for 4 days. In detail 1) I wait more then 1 hour to be picked up in the P6 parking. Then I was basically forced to spend additional 115 euros for a second full insurance even if I had already the full insurance with the reservation. This because the guy told me that otherwise 1200 + additional 300 euros would have been blocked on my card and the 1200 would have been taken in case of any kind of damage including small scratch. And smiling he literally told me "AND BELIEVE ME WE ALWAYS FIND A SCRATCH". So with this 115 I had only 200 blocked. Then I had to pay additional 31 for the right to return the car with full tank (senseless). Then last days I tried to call then more then 10 times along 5 hours to understand the condition in case of posticipated return with of course no answer. Then I was able to discuss with the guy informing them about the possibility to leave the car two hours later and literally they answer "DON'T WORRY, DON'T RUSH I WILL WAIT YOU AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGE". When I return the car two hours later I discovered an additional 118 euros charge on my credit for the TWO HOURS!! Totally crazy and totally unfair. Please again never ever rent car with them. For information I have rented hundreds of car everywhere in the world in 20 years of traveling and this is by far the worst experience I never had. Update after 14.09.2020 answer Don't let me laugh and don't try to convince any reader about your "hard to maintain a high service level". I sent immediately a claim to that email address and you fast answer that was my fault and full stop. Once again I spent sensless a hell of money for a bad car and a bad service. If your intention really was to have care you would had to admit your or your employees responsibilities and return at least partially the money I have spent (almost 500 euros from planned 89!!!). So I believe that anyone can be in my same situation and the feedback are necessary to let the people aware regarding real case happened and drive their decision. Regards

Make shure you have no debit card! Because they can only block 1.000 Euro but they want 1.050 Euro. Only because of this 50 Euro we had to take their insurence (we already had one from CHECK24) which doubled our total costs, so they only "needed" to block 200 Euro, which was also possible with my debit card. Everything else was ok. They gave us a new and economic car and even that we wished they would have been more flexible so we didn't had to double our costs, I will give them 4/5 because of the kind employees.

If zero stars was possible that is what I would award this company. Terrible experiences each time and they come up with creative ways to try to charge hundreds of euros. They prey on foreigners and inflate issues so that they take more money from you. An employee today told me it is not his job to do his job. So....there you go. I know many people who have denounced them with City Hall because of their sketchy ways. I would avoid using them unless you want to spend 20x the amount quoted. Oh, and if THEY mess up they don't refund your money, so if you do reserve with them expect that they will charge you AND not provide the product.
