I rented a van full of bumps and scrapes and they charged my card with damage that I did not do. Take photos or video of the vehicle before taking it even if they say no, which is what happened to me. Very unprofessional of you.

Well, what is logistics and the van itself, very good. However, customer service at the Bonaire office is disastrous. The guy who is supposed to attend the public, when I entered and greeted him, he raised my hand like a guard and told me to "wait" because I was talking on the phone. Then he asked me for the documentation and without saying anything he got up and went to clean another van. I had more than 10 minutes of clock waiting. When he didn't find anything else to entertain himself, he sees that he remembered what I was waiting for and came back. He gave me a van that had the protection-soaked petrol protection plywood, so we moved the snorted gasoline to the bars. Anyway, with the unemployment that there is the boy should espabilar.
