Good and cheap car rental service. The transfer was smooth in both directions and the personnel is also nice and helpful. However, we were pushed to do an upgrade, this way we ended up paying the price of an SUV for a Seat Leon for one week. It is of course understandable that the upgrade prices are higher at pick-up, but this was not communicated properly, we only realized it when our credit card was charged twice. Be careful with upgrades, otherwise decent service!

I was surprised to rent a car so cheep with all coverage included (Just GO option). I truly recommend RecordGo. They are really polite and helpful. Thank you guys!

With a shuttle bus we were taken to a nearby office, from Valencia Airport. Friendly personnel helped with the paperwork. The car was fine, we rented a Nissan Qashqai. It was clean and had a sticker on it making sure it was disinfected for COVID-19 reasons. We had no problems at all during the rent, everything went smoothly. Also bringing back the car with full-full return was OK. Just make sure you buy the full insurance option, all included, ahead. In my case it was an extra 150 euros, but it’s an extra peace of mind to know there won’t be any discussion when returning the car. Will definitely rent with Record Go again 😉

Worst car company ever. As soon as a problem arises the unfriendly and inkompetent customer service can’t and won’t help you at all. In the end I had to pay 3 times the price of what I had booked in the internet.

The young lady had to book us in manually because our flight was late and our booking had fallen off the system - even though I had warned them previously. This seems very inefficient and took an extra twenty minutes. She was very good, however, and no other complaints. The price was amazing - why is hiring a car in Spain cheaper than parking at Gatwick?
