We´ve rented a car twice this month. Service has been excellent, very fast check-in and out. Cars were in very good condition. Absolutely recommended.

We did not have a credit card on the same name as the driver. Drivalia refused to accept a credit card in a different driver's name, refused to change the main driver on the reservation, instead they forced us to buy overpriced insurance for €158. They claimed this was the only way for them to have protection in case of accident, but we were willing to make a deposit of €1.250 (the max liability), or have another credit card blocked. While this is in fact in the small print of their terms and conditions, it is clearly just a scam to get you to pay up. The insurance that we had to purchase was more expensive than the car rental itself, which is ridiculous. They also refused to allow us to cancel our reservation or even to let us book a new car, claiming that due to coronavirus they were legally obligated to have 24h notice of a new reservation, but when I called another rental company they had never heard of this obligation, so it was likely a lie. Overall a terrible experience.

We have used Drivalia at Valencia Airport many times now. They have always provided a great service. Always on time pick ups and lovely new cars. We can highly recommend this company. Six or seven times now in the past year.We arrived still well within time but after a slightly stressful journey of traffic tailback and diversion. Our driver picked up on this and dropped us right at the departure doors instead of the usual drop off point a few minutes walk away. Much appreciated by us. Rented a car here for a week. Pick up from airport was good, comfortable and fast. Check-in and out of the car was also fast. Very friendly staff. Car was very good. Someone scratched our car on purpose; no issues during handing the car in as we had full cover insurance.

Where do I start. I wish I could give this company a big fat zero! On returning to the hire car we were subject to a very unpleasant car inspection and the company in question trying to charge us for scratches already on the vehicle. Be aware if you do use this awful company take lots of pictures and make sure every scratch has been recorded otherwise you will be changed. We have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour when returning a hire car. We were very disappointed with the customer service and will never hire another car from this company!! Your reply I find unacceptable and I will never hire from your company again 🙏
