This rental car company is stealing money from clients. I had a booking for 91 EUR, and In noted the car was old and all the sides of the car had scratches, duly noted in the contract. When I returned the car they pretended that some of these scratches were new, and charged 250 EUR. CROOKS!

be careful, this company overcharges you for services that you already paid, the service and the customer care is useless and rude. I strongly recommend NOT to book with them

The worst rent a car ever...no customer care and overcharging fuel expense . I returned full tank and the company charged my for unknown reasons extra money. no one to contact . Customer care do not exist at all. Simply a joke ....

INTERRENT is Goldcar group and is the worst place where to rent a car. I rented a car in "last renting" means after this the car will be sold. I was offered a flat fee of 30 euro and not necessary to refuel. then I have been charged 94,28 for not having refueled. I called the company - the customer care said we do not have any access to the system - just write an email --- is this legal ? why this company is still renting cars ? NEVER ever again. do not believe the cheap fees they show at the beginning. do not trust anything they say.

Run as fast as you can away from them. Don’t book there. You will pay more at the end then with any other company
