Smooth and simple drop off. Made it very easy and the workers spoke fantastic English!
Great service, friendly staff. We booked by mistake a 3 doors car and on arrival we asked of possible to change to a 5 doors car and it was done with no issues at all. The car we received exceeded my expectations and previous experiences with other companies. At delivery we have been welcomed and the inspection and talking was very nice. I highly recommend Alamo rent a car. See to next time for sure!.
Very good service, both pickup and return a car with no problem at all. Low deposit on credit card and very fast released. Car even better than chosen while booking with no extra cost. Open and friendly staff. I do recomend Alamo Rent A Car at Valencia airport.
