Quite difficult to find the office in airport car park . Staff are quite good but beware insurance and extra kilometres rip offs . Same with most hire car companies.

Absolutely terrible, I booked with full insurance through rentalcars.com. Firefly charged me full insurance again when I returned the car. Massimo refused to refund the money, was incredibly rude to both me and the guy at rental cars.com This rental company is a complete scam merchant. Do not use it. You'll end up paying more than if you rent from one of the market leading companies.

Told me everything was ok with my payment card, no fees, and then secretly charged me an insurance for twice the price of the car rental. Been calling customer service for weeks and no-one help me. Tricking people like this is called stealing, this is not a way to treat clients.

they charge you 3 times any price that you see online and the service was terrible. They add chargers that you don't know about until you see the receipt. And they are slow service and I had to wait 1 hour another person waited 2 hours to get a car because the service was so slow. Another person had booked one large car which they didn't have so they offered him 2 cars at an increased price. They know you can't change plans easily last minute and you are helpless. DO NOT USE EVER!

Outrageous, a disaster. I've been fooled. I never ever had such a bad experience as a traveler and I've been around the world... Please, take a closer look when you get to sign the contract because they will charge you extra (I thought they'd charge 45eur TOTAL but NO!! It was PLUS 45 eur.) And when I wrote the customer service: NO ANSWER (!?) And just to finish me good, they reach me one month later to tell me I put diesel instead of gasoline in the car and it costed 200eur(!!??) I mean what the hell people! Note that FireFly is part of the Hertz company. So one or the other, it is a filthy and abject practice.
