Unacceptable. The cars are OK(though with a lot of scratches), the prices are fantastic. The treatment is the worst in the world. Especially the guy called Mario. He is a real pain: he lies directly in the eyes, trying to make the upsales. Even after a call to the telephone centre he insists on you paying the most expensive insurance. If you want to get what you want at the price promised be ready to struggle against hassle. And anyway your day can be spoiled completely.

Dishonest. Deposit wasn't returned in full- 100 euros was withheld without cause. I do not recommend. :/

TERRIBLE. SCAM. The car had the lights broke and the person working there did not give any solutions. Car was uncomfortable and broken. Was chaged 170€ for 2 days of a reservation that was 50€ with all the additional fees. I SENT A COMPLAINT TO HQ AND THEY SAID - THEY ARE SORRY. BYE.

RUN !!! NEVER GET A CAR HERE !!! The only guarantee you will have, is that it will cost you a lot more in the end. They rip you off with insurances and damages that aren't there or that you didn't cause. This organisation should be illegal, if you see their review records. They are a shame on the Tourist sector in the region!

Never had a rotten car. Always got my car very fast. Look out for dents! Sometimes not all dents are registered in the car hire contract. Very nice guys at the counter.
