Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Aeropuerto de Valencia

Booked a car well ahead of time via a broker with Enterprise in Valencia. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, we were told there were no vehicles available, Enterprise didn’t know when there would be and they couldn’t guarantee any vehicle for us on the day. Unbelievable! We weren’t offered any help beyond a disingenuous apology. Will not be doing business with Enterprise again!

Despite proving my identity with driving license and scanned copy of the passport, I was not allowed to rent the car... losing my reservation! Very bad experience!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Because I've rented Mercedes E Class and even I called and ask for the confirmation & confirmed they gave me an Opel Mokka because they have no existence of any Mercedes or any car in Premium class. But they are still selling like they have. And the only thing they say is " we are very sorry" by the way if you ask the difference of premium class to Mokka class, you can have a refund of 1.7€ per day. :) I wanted to talk to a responsible person but you only talk to same person. So if you want to rent a high class car to make long trip be careful with enterprise.... Today is 01/09/2020 and I still didn't get back the deposit of 400€ I've paid....

I Have a reservation with three weeks in advance for a car because I had a trip to Almería to celebrate my birthday. First I had a hard time looking around the parking lot for the office because they didn't have any signs of where they were located. I called them about 5 times and they don't answer the phone. When I finally find the office, they look for my reservation and they tell me that there are no cars that cannot do anything for me because all day they were not going to have available cars. They tell me : Easy go to one of our competitions. My friends were waiting for me, they had to wait like an hour more, we can't make it to the welcome lunch in Almería, I had to spend 65 euros more to make a reservation with another company the same day. I do not recommend them for their lack of attention, responsibility, and poor customer service. En Español Hice una reservación para alquilar un carro con tres semanas de anticipación ya que tenía un viaje a Almería para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Primero pasé un mal rato buscando la oficina por todo el estacionamiento porque no tenían ningun rótulo de donde estaban ubicados. Los llamó como 5 veces y no contestan el teléfono. Cuando por fin encuentro la oficina, buscan mi reserva y me dicen que no hay carros que no pueden hacer nada por mí porque en todo el día no iban a tener carros. Me dicen sencillo, vete a una de nuestras competencias. Mis amigos me estaban esperando, tuvieron que esperar como una hora más, no puede llegar al almuerzo de bienvenida, tuve que gastar 65 euros más por hacer una reservación con otra compañía el mismo día. No los recomiendo por su falta de atención, responsabilidad y su carente servicio al cliente.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Please do not use this company, find somewhere else. Anything can be better than this branch. I'd rather walk everywhere than get another car from them. I wish they could be more genuine. They sound friendly on the phone and are good at saying sorry, but there is no action to back up their words.
