Really poor. Arrived Saturday night with a booking having told them my flight number but the office in the terminal and in the the car park were both closed so we were stuck for the night and had to go to a hotel.
All round poor and misleading service provided at this counter from Maria Jose and her colleagues.
We did not get the gas refund back even though we filled it up all the way.
I have had good experiences with avis in Germany and Portugal but that station is a complete mess.
Bad service, long processing time and absolutely unfriendly staff. The car smelled terribly like cigarettes. Also they debit your credit card with suspicious and unjustified extra costs. So always check your bill afterwards!!! And force them to give you their signatures to confirm that the car was fully fueled and not damaged after rental time, they will not do it unless you request so.
Easy to drop off. No fuss
Was good experience until I received my phone bill. Even with free EU calls allowance I was charged 80euros just for contacting them and waiting on the call.. unacceptable!
