When you come back from your trip, the picking up point is at Parking 6 which is never indicated when you come out of the airport building until you actually arrive there. P6 is situated away from where people are, you can't ask anybody to check if you aren't on a wrong way. The primitive map that you get from the company requires your good luck. I called them several times to let them know that I couldn't find P6 and at the second call the employée asked me if I could read. All the employees are convinced that their map is a perfect "instruction" to arrive at the picking up point, and those who fail to do so have something wrong. According to them the lack of indication of P6 isn't their problem, but is of the airport's. Moreover they complained saying that their driver was losing time because I didn't show up on time. I was tired after a long trip and coming back to Spain such an unpleasant experience exhausted me on a hot summer day. If you have other choices like AENA or other companies take others and not Victoria Parking, even if you pay a little bit more.

You always have doubts and more when people only remember to value when they have negative experience. But I have to say that it has been a perfect experience. Easy to leave the car, very fast transfer and upon arrival they were waiting for us. And the guy who treated us great. We will repeat for sure
