Pathetic. A fraud. There is no way to get in touch with them. € 300 deposit that I am still waiting to be reimbursed and they charge me another day for delivering the vehicle 23 minutes late (understandable due to the covid situation due to police controls) ... I do not recommend it to anyone ..

Horrible service and totally a scam. They asked me for € 200 deposit and that this would be returned after 10 days and I still have not received them. They have charged me a total of € 48 when they told me it would be € 36. The customer service is also very bad because there is no way to contact anyone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! I'm a student and I find it embarrassing that people get these scams.
It is a total scam, they do not inform you well of the prices and then they charge you what they want, they should have a fixed rate.
I'm going to report them to the OCU.
Beware that if you neglect you will be scammed, read with patience the general conditions before booking, be careful with the refueling charges and with the previous damages of the vehicles. The APP offers can be turned into a blast if you're not ready.
