They have attended us fast and great. The man at the door was very attentive, and very professional. It seems like a job of simply handing out tickets to be treated but no one fooled ... That man supports stress and bad manners. Up in covid. Overall, very good first contact.

A shame. Town hall full of rude officials. For almost any procedure they have to get up and ask the next person, or the next one, or the other and so on until the end, and that they have been there all their lives. You ask for an appointment and they give it to you within more than 10 days and if you insist they give it to you before; But you have to insist a lot! 4 mornings I had to miss a working day to do a mere procedure and every time I returned they asked me for more documentation after telling me that nothing more was necessary; which is logical considering that they do not know how to perform competently in their work. Posters with spelling mistakes on the walls and a very, very little desire to work. Of course, to skip work time having lunch they have no problem.
