I rented a van on Friday afternoon on the web to pick up on Saturday at 7:30 PM. At 7:10 p.m. when we arrive, a boy attends us (without a mask at all times) and tells us that we hope, that there are no vans, that they never have medium-sized vehicles, and that when the person in charge arrives they will look for a solution. At 20 the girl arrives and we still have no solution, that the boss of Madrid does not pick up the phone and that we give him 1 hour to fix it. We leave and when they call us that there is no solution. Bad web, bad service. A simple call knowing that they could not provide the service would have been enough. I have missed a day of vacation and I have not been able to make the move.

A very professional company with good service and cars in very good conditions, on the other hand the very attentive staff and with great professionalism Ana the person responsible for delivery is a first and very decisive person I will continue renting with this family for many years.
