Pay attention, this business has bad practices! They offer cars that they do NOT have, but they have a similar one. This is usual in the sector, but it is bad practice. They RECOMMEND to pay a supplement (for Security) when you already have a prepaid one. Do not be scared and use your CONTRACT. They always charge a supplement of € 20 or € 30 for gasoline ... above the contract conditions. The cars are good, new and clean, but the office is far from the Airport and the policy is NOT TRANSPARENT. I hope this review makes REFLECT and the service improves. GOOD LUCK !

InterRent = Goldcar Avoid if possible this company and do not buy insurance from them. It’s a scam!!! I made my reservation via Ryanair Car Hire, and I choosed on purpose InterRent and not Goldcar because of it’s terrible reputation. When we arrived at their office was the moment when I realized that they are the same. The staff was extremely rude and aggressive and tried to sell me their insurance (140 eur) because they didn’t recognized the Premium Cover I already bought when I booked the car. They didn’t recognized the insurance and claimed that if it is not bought from them it’s no good and I will pay even for the smallest scratch on the car. They gave me a new car and said that they expect to return it new, thing that is a non-sense because if you use a car for 1 km it’s not new anymore … Even if in the reservation was mentioned a deposit of 800 eur, they tried to charge me for 1300 eur if I didn’t accepted to buy the insurance from them. Finally, the deposit charged was 900 eur and I didn’t bought their 140 eur insurance. At check-out I gave them the car as agreed, in perfect condition and with full fuel tank, I signed electronically the forms and I was told to go and that I will receive an email of confirmation (I received it several weeks later, and after a few claims). Anyway, I didn’t left until I got hand-written and stamped on my check-out form that I returned the car in perfect condition. Another thing that nobody will tell you is that the deposit will be returned in 28 working days …. Insist at costumer service and if you returned the car in perfect shape. My deposit was returned after 3 days of e-mails and discussions at costumer service, but less with 29 eur. Eventually I recovered the whole amount but after several claims …. Just avoid them …..

I highly advise against going with this agency. I had a really poor experience with Interrent. My rate is based on the following points: - I didn't want to rent to Goldcar because of their bad reputation and when I arrived at the agency I just figured out Goldcar and Interrent was the same agency (same group: Europcar) - I choose a Zaphira (7 seats) or similar, I paid more for interent to avoid a Dacia Logan that was proposed for cheaper in the website by Goldcar but at the end they did not have any Zaphira but only a Dacia Logan. For me apart of the number of seats a Zaphira and a Logan are not similar or from the same range ! - people in the agency don't want to take the time to inspect the vehicle before the rent, you have to push them - when you bring back the car, everything is ok and you sign it. The guy confirm there is no problem but a week later I receive 100€ penalty for not respect of fuel policy. Of course I did fill in a full tank and luckily I took a receipt then I now have to complain to not be charged. If I didn't have the receipt I would be scammed ! I don't know which company is better but if you can avoid interrent, do it !

Incredibly unprofessional. They accepted our reservation at 11,30pm, then went home at 11,40pm and cancelled it, so no car at 12pm, but of course charged in full. Shame on them. No idea of customer service. Poor service, misleading, and fraudulent. Please avoid.
