Smoothly transaction through Booking.com, they offered a car upgrade at a very reasonable price. No strong-arming to buy any additional insurance. Issues with the car that wasn't noticed during rental handover (scratches in the windscreen) were handled without fuss. The lady that worked there was very friendly. The shuttle service from the airport was a letdown though, there was no instructions to call a number upon arrival and service wasn't frequent at all. I had to actually ask the driver of a rival rental company about how to get in touch with OK Rent-a-car.

Mandatory extra 300€ for theirs own full insurance. I had already take and pay the full insurance separately with Easyjet. Avoid them. Good point : no issue with the bus.

The make you pay twice for the insurance,slow staff,poorly organized,go somewhere else if you want a smooth trip

DO NOT BOOK!! WORST CAR RENTAL EVER. Horribly unorganized, horrible staff, horrible rip off. All 10 separate groups at the office that were brought there from the airport (shuttle was a joke... some people waited hours and then just one 8 person van showed up for 20+ people) were ripped off and had to pay 100-500€ extra on their rentals. They charge you double tax on the invoice as well!

Don't trust their prices on price comparison websites! It will result very expensive and nerve-racking! We paid 90 Euros in total for a car annonced for 18 Euros. We booked a car with them at their office in Bilbao quite spontaneously just for half a day. They were the cheapest option according to Kayak and CarDelMar and offered a Fiat Mini for around 10 Euros. We also booked a insurance at CarDelMar to be save for another 8 Euros. When we arrived we where attended friendly but they tried to frighten us by showing me how expensive each damage would be so we would do another insurance with them although I had told them that I had already booked an insurance. Then there was the 89 Euros for getting a fully fueled car that we could return with an empty tank. It is true that there was written in the conditions for the car: "Take the vehicle with full and return with empty. Fees 29.00 depending on the car category." which for me means the price of the full tank is 29 Euros. But as it seems this is their comission for providing this service. There was no way around spending those 29 Euros although the woman attending us recommended us to bring back the car with a full tank so they would return the 60 euros for the fuel but not the 29 Euros comission. So we should bring back the car with a full tank and wouldn't even use this service but would still pay the 29 euros for it!?!? And there was already a fee included in the fuel that cost 60 euros but in fact would have cost around 40 in reallity! Why is this comission not put in the price listed in the price comparison but hidden in the conditions if the minimum you have to pay is 29 Euros? So the resulting price would be 39 Euros for this car without an insurance. That's probably why the don't put it: To be on the first position in the comparison. Besides that, the reserved 1050 Euros on my credit card for any case altough the retention without their insurance would be only 900 euros. They explained the extra 150 euros with thinks like returning the car without gas?!?! But I had already payed the gas plus an enormous fee for it! Returning the car was quite okay. The also returned the 60 Euros for the gas as we filled the tank for around 11 Euros before we brought the car back. But they did not return the 1050 Euros for more than a week until we called their extremely expensive service number and wrote several emails as they insited on having returned the money a week ago. They sent us a receipt via email but unfortunately that was another person's receipt. After discussing the finally sent another receipt dated the same day of our calls at the time of the last call. So they acutally hadn't done it and would have forgotten about it. In the meanwhile we spent another 30 Euros for using their expensive number so in total we paid around 90 Euros for a car that should have cost 18 Euros!
