Drivalia gave us a great service for a good price! We were picked up with a shuttle from Bilbao airport, received a good new car and submitted it without problems two weeks later. The package is all inclusive, so no extra payments or surprises.

Very friendly staff. Pickup and drop-off at airport was easy and fast (company is 4 min drive from airport). Was very happy with the car I had and will definitely use them again.

Unpleasant and deceitful employees, HIDDEN additional fees. This been the second exact incident at a different location (Alicante) seems to be a common scam across all their offices. They forcefully use scare tactics to sell unnecessary items - 35€ service fee to rent a car with fuel, 120€ to have a full tank of petrol when in reality the price for a full tank is 40€ and an additional insurance of their own when the car has full coverage with Axa insurance already (and they know it). The employees were also very unhelpful and purposely confusing after we rejected the 2nd insurance.

Very dishonest. Took pictures of damage and showed it when I took the car out and they signed the necessary documents and gave the usual "don't worry" talk. When I brought it back the first question the lady asked was “do you have insurance” - before she had looked at the car. She then went straight to the rear of the car and immediately pointed out the scratch that was already there and said she had to charge me for it, claiming the damage was caused by me. I showed the photos again as well as the document they had signed but they refused to accept it, saying the damage was different. I had to pay and claimed back from my insurance. I reported it as fraud, it’s now under investigation. However, this is clearly a scam and I would strongly advise against this company. For context, I regularly rent cars and with various companies. There are usually lots of warnings on Google and I like to think I take necessary precautions. In this case, even with the precautions they still go ahead and scam.
