Very friendly staff. Did not try to push for more insurance -- rare! Had an online booking. I got my car in a little more than 5min, which is a bit faster than the average car rental places I've been.. The car was in good condition. All in all, definitely a positive experience.

Customer support was shocking. Still waiting a month on from returning the car for payment. Sounded too cheap to be true, anyway. They sent me an email that only a rental lawyer would be able to read once and understand. To be honest I have only ever rated one place before and it was because I loved it. Maybe I am getting older :S shock!

Poor service. Made us sign a document online then added extra costs to the document after we had signed. I used my bankcard on returning the car and they changed the transaction amount stealing nearly 300 euro from my account. No one will listen to our complaint. We refused insurances they added them at the end of the hire period and took the money. Be very careful

I am trying to call the aifport office, each time zome one pickbup the phone and close it. It is a bad thing to do qithbthe clients

Easy helpful service Apart from slightly slow pick up at train station the whole service was so easy and not expensive at all. My only complaint. We tried calling to extend a day what a drag. Too slow. It ended up easier calling into budget in San seb and we arranged there. Still all good though.
